Your Privacy Matters

We value your privacy and only ask for limited information. This information is only used by us, CrossFit Cumbria, to help make our products and programs better. We’ll never sell this information to third parties or pass it on unless forced to by law. 

PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We use cookies to help make our products better and make your journey on our website a better experience. The site uses tracking software provided by Google Analytics to monitor its visitors to better understand how they use it. Google Analytics will save a cookie to your computer’s hard drive in order to track and monitor your engagement and usage of the website, but we do not use Google Analytics to save or collect personal information that can be used to identify you as a unique individual person. Additionally, when you contact us through the Site, we may collect certain information from you, including your name, email address, and phone number. We refer to this information as “Contact Information”.

When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking both about Device Information and Contact Information.

WHERE WE STORE YOUR INFORMATION

WHAT WE USE YOUR INFORMATION FOR

We will use your Contact Information to provide you with direct responses to requests or questions. Occaisionally we may contact you to share further information related to your initial query. This type of marketing is always handwritten and relevant to the initial contact information.

WHO HAS ACCESS TO INFORMATION ABOUT YOU

When we store information in our own systems, only the people who need it have access. We do not work with third party marketing companies. We will never pass your details to a third party without your express permission.

If we are required to pass on your personal details for legal reasons, we will do this to comply with the law and its requirements in that particular situation.

YOUR RIGHTS

If you are a European resident, you have the right to access personal information we hold about you and to ask that your personal information be corrected, updated, or deleted. If you would like to exercise this right, please contact us through the contact information below.

Additionally, if you are a European resident we note that we are processing your information in order to fulfil contracts we might have with you (for example if you make an order through the Site), or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above.  

DATA RETENTION

When you contact us through the Site, we will maintain your Contact Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.
